School Caller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Users are advised to review these terms periodically.

"User Data" refers to any information collected by School Caller from business entities (schools) or individual users (guardians/drivers). This may include personal data necessary for the system's operation.

  • We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Data is used solely to facilitate the calling and dismissal process and improve service quality.

3. Access & Usage Rights

Access to School Caller products is granted to authorize users for the purpose of utilization via:

  • Individual Accounts: For parents, guardians, and authorized drivers.
  • Business Accounts: For school administrators and staff.
  • Hardware: Via smart cards, RFID devices, or other integrated hardware provided by School Caller.

School Caller reserves the right to terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights related to School Caller are reserved. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inventions & Patents: All technical mechanisms and underlying code.
  • Trademarks: The "School Caller" name, logo, and branding.
  • Content: Designs, videos, graphics, and database structures.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the system is strictly prohibited under Intellectual Property laws.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Our services are provided through various commercial models:

  • Recurring Subscriptions: Annual or monthly fees for access to software features.
  • One-Time Purchases: Fees for tangible hardware (devices, equipment) or specific digital licenses.
  • Smart Cards: Prepaid credit for smart card issuance.
  • Individual Fees: School Caller reserves the right to collect fees from individual users (e.g., parents) unless the Business Entity (School) opts to cover these costs fully.

6. Technical Integration Policy

  • School Caller reserves the absolute right to accept or reject integration requests.
  • Additional fees may apply for technical integration services.
  • We are not liable for errors, delays, or disruptions caused by external linked systems (e.g., SMS delivery failures from third-party providers).
